About Us

Team Photo

Inigral founder Michael Staton with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg

We are passionate about education and technology. Those aren't just buzzwords, they are a part of our DNA.

Our team of designers, engineers, and evangelists understand the complex problems colleges and universities face. We work everyday to build a bridge between what students want out of a social network and what institutions need to meet their enrollment and retention goals.

Although our coding and design process may be complex, our equation is simple:

Social networks + student engagement = student success

With partnerships at more than 85 universities across the U.S. and Canada, we’ve been pioneering how colleges build student community to improve student success.

Our Team

Our Values

1. Social Conscience

We value giving back to the community, acting with integrity and doing whatever we can to help people in their academic career.

2. Always be Learning

We believe that life is a journey and you should always be flourishing professionally and personally.

3. Results over Activity

What really matters is the output you create, not that you are first to get in the office and last to leave.

4. People Matter

We value people and relationships and like to have fun in an open social environment while treating each other with respect.

5. Reject the Status Quo

We’re passionate about building innovative product that help students succeed within higher education. We reject the status quo and truly believe in cultivating the best ideas from everyone in the company.

Higher Education's Facebook Experts

We're proud to be part of Facebook's Preferred Marketing Developer Program, making Inigral one of the few companies Facebook endorses and trusts to make quality applications. Being a Preferred Developer means that we have access to the company's leadership and engineering teams and some knowledge of the direction and upcoming releases.
